Motivated Year 3 computer science major student currently in my placement year with a passion in applying artificial intelligence for data analytics and operational optimization is seeking an internship where I can apply my strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. I would also like to build on my experience with Java, Haskell and C programming, theories of computation, data structures and algorithms and logic in a challenging and goal-oriented work environment.

1. Group Technology (CDIO) Industrial Placement, UBS, London, United Kingdom
• A 1-year industrial placement in the Automation Delivery Enablement Team
• Working on finding the best data visualization tool (e.g. Power BI, Azure Databricks itself, Azure Data Explorer (ADX)...) to visualize the Metric Beats (Big data) stored in Azure Databricks, in order to replace an existing platform, PRISM
• Builds connection and Communicates with different teams to learn how a global bank runs in a macroscopic view

2. External Affairs Department, Kwai Tsing District Health Centre, Hong Kong
• A 5-week internship
• Worked on the development of a health-related mobile app
• Provided data report and analysis on social media insights for optimisation
• Ensured the Covid-19 Vaccination run probably during the visit of the Secretary for Food and Health Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
• Cooperated with different teams to promote the organization and different events to the public
